The bathroom cleanliness needs immediate attention!!! The shower tiles were unacceptable, and instructions on facilities would enhance the experience significantly. The AC unit's neglected state can cause discomfort due to dust blowing everywhere!!!

My stay was absolutely wonderful with a very spacious and clean room, complete with a full-sized fridge, which is a big plus for families. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had fantastic sleeps after my long travels. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free, making my arrival smooth. I did notice the facilities could benefit from some updates to enhance the overall experience.

We stayed in a Two Bedroom Self Contained room, and it was just perfect for our family! The kids were in love with the swimming pool, making our afternoons a splash-tastic adventure. Plus, we had a small hiccup when we left our dishes, but the wonderful staff surprised us by taking care of them while we were out — how sweet is that?

Clean room, excellent service, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with microwave and hot plates, perfect for preparing meals during our stay, and the friendly reception made checking in smooth and easy.

Had an awesome time with friends! The unit was spacious with great amenities like laundry facilities, a garden, and a kids' playground. We enjoyed visiting the nearby shopping center and exploring the beautiful outdoor areas. Perfect for groups! Lots of rooms available and everything we needed was provided.

One downside was that the shared facilities felt a bit cramped during busy hours, which made it a bit inconvenient. But overall, it didn't overshadow the fun we had.

A reliable pick for a weekend break in Richmond at a reasonable price. The two-bedroom motel was spacious and very clean. Consider bringing your own soap as the liquid dispensers weren't great in the shower.
